Avita MD provides comprehensive primary care for adults at three locations across the Bay Area: Los Altos, Mountain View, and Los Gatos. We accept Medicare, most major PPO plans, and HMO plans. Same-day and next-day appointments are available at every office, and every location has on-site phlebotomy and EKG.

Managing a chronic condition requires a provider who tracks your data over time and adjusts your treatment as things change. We help patients manage diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, heart disease, and other ongoing conditions with regular monitoring, medication adjustments, and preventive strategies that reduce long-term complications.

Every visit builds on the last. We review your labs, compare them to prior results, evaluate how your current medications are working, and make changes when needed. If a specialist is involved, we stay in the loop and make sure nothing is contradicting or duplicating.
